Collar Care Instructions

To clean your dog collar, please follow the below instructions.

1) Remove any removable patches.

2) Fill a bowl with warm water, thoroughly mix and dissolve dog shampoo or Dawn dish soap. Soak the collar for 10 to 15 minutes.

3) After soaking, rinse the collar to remove excess dirt before scrubbing. Scrub the collar with a soft-bristle brush or old toothbrush.

4) After scrubbing, rinse thoroughly in clean warm water.

5) Dry collar with an absorbent towel, making sure any metal hardware is completely dry. Lay the collar flat and allow the collar to dry overnight or until completely dry.

6) Reattach your patches and place back on your K9.

For more stubborn dirt or smell, you can mix 1 to 2 teaspoons of baking soda and a splash of vinegar in warm water and soak, in place of dog shampoo or Dawn dish soap.
