  • How do I measure my dog's neck?
     Getting a proper neck measurement is very important to ensure your collar fits properly and comfortably. Everyone measures a little differently, so we have put together a resource document to help guide you in measuring your dog's neck properly. Please find the collar sizing guide here.
  • When will my order ship?
    Our dog collars and leashes are all made to order, so it takes a little more time. Most orders will ship within 4 to 7 days and the standard transit time is 2 to 6 days, based on your location. Please note, orders of $200 or more will require a signature.
  • How do I care for my dog's collar and leash?
    You can clean up your collar and leash pretty easily. Please check out our page that walks you through the clean up process. It can be found here.
  • I received my order and it's the wrong size or there is an error with the order?
    We are all human and we do make mistakes on orders from time to time, although we try our hardest not to. If there is an issue with your order, email us at info@timberk9.com and we will get you taken care of right away. We address these issues and it does NOT take the normal turnaround time to get a replacement collar.
  • I never received an order confirmation email?
    All orders receive an order confirmation email immediately when the order is placed. If you don't see your confirmation email, please: 1) first check if our email landed in your junk/spam folder. 2) Please make sure there wasn't a typo with your email address. If there is, please shoot us an email (info@timberk9.com) and we will look up your order and update your details.

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Unfortunately, at this time, we are only shipping to the US. In the future, we may open up to international orders.
