Returns and Exchanges
At TimberK9, we take pride in building durable, high-quality gear for hardworking dogs. If there is an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on non-personalized products within 15 days of the delivery date, provided the item:
* Is in new, unused condition
* Shows no signs of wear, dirt, odor, hair, or damage
* Includes all original hardware and packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied for return or exchange.
Personalized Items
Due to the custom nature of personalized products, all personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
However, if a personalized item arrives with an error caused by TimberK9, we will gladly correct or replace the item at no additional cost.
Restocking Fee & Return Shipping
If the return is not the result of an error by TimberK9:
* The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
* A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Incorrect Size Orders
Please carefully measure your dog before ordering. Ordering the wrong collar size is not considered an error by TimberK9.
If an exchange is needed due to incorrect sizing:
* The customer is responsible for shipping the original collar back to us
* The customer is also responsible for shipping costs for the replacement collar
Due to the handmade/custom nature of our products, exchanged collars may require standard production time before shipment.

TimberK9 Errors
If we made a mistake with your order, including incorrect personalization, wrong item shipment, or manufacturing defects, TimberK9 will correct or replace the item free of charge, including applicable shipping costs.
Return Process
To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with:
* Your order number
* A description of the issue
* Photos, if applicable
Returns sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Non-Returnable Conditions
For sanitary and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that:
* Have been used or worn
* Show signs of chewing, damage, or excessive wear
* Have been altered or modified after delivery
* Are personalized, unless due to a TimberK9 error
