Urban Trail Dog Collar Warranty

1 year limited warranty covers against manufacturing defects. For example, nylon layers separating at the stitched seems, stitching loosening which effects the strength and integrity of the collar, etc. We do not warranty collars that have signs of abuse like buckles being pried on, dog chewing, etc. Warranty coverage is at the sole discretion of TimberK9. If warranty coverage is granted, replacement or repair will be at the sole discretion of TimberK9. The customer is responsible for shipping back to TimberK9. TimberK9 will pay for shipping back to the customer, if warranty claim is approved. 

Backcountry Dog Collar Warranty

10 year limited warranty covers against manufacturing defects. For example, nylon layers separating at the stitched seems, stitching loosening which effects the strength and integrity of the collar, etc. We do not warranty collars that have signs of abuse like buckles being pried on, dog chewing, etc. Warranty coverage is at the sole discretion of TimberK9. If warranty coverage is granted, replacement or repair will be at the sole discretion of TimberK9. The customer is responsible for shipping back to TimberK9. TimberK9 will pay for shipping back to the customer, if warranty claim is approved. 

All Leash Warranties (Nylon and Polypropylene)

1 year limited warranty covers against manufacturing defects. For example, nylon separating at the stitched seems, stitching loosening which effects the strength and integrity of the leash, etc. We do not warranty leashes that have signs of abuse like clasps broke, dog chewing, etc. Warranty coverage is at the sole discretion of TimberK9. If warranty coverage is granted, replacement or repair will be at the sole discretion of TimberK9. The customer is responsible for shipping back to TimberK9. TimberK9 will pay for shipping back to the customer, if warranty claim is approved.
